Shipping policy

DISPATCH INFORMATION

Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. International customers will also receive a separate invoice email.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. We are also unable to delay dispatch or hold orders for delivery at a later date.

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. While most orders move through without delay, occasional processing times are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Our delivery partner, DHL, offers an On-Demand Delivery service, providing greater flexibility over your shipment. Through this service, you may reschedule your delivery date, amend the delivery address, place your parcel on hold, or remove the signature requirement.

Please note that if you choose to remove the signature requirement, Drake’s and DHL cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Please allow up to 24 hours for any delivery changes to take effect.

DELIVERY, DUTIES & TAXES INFORMATION

For international orders, DHL offers the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout. Selecting this option ensures all charges are settled in advance, and your order will arrive without additional fees.

If you choose not to pre-pay duties and taxes, or if this option is unavailable in your country, DHL Express or your local customs authority will contact you directly to arrange payment prior to delivery.
